Shane Neville Social Worker
I am a registered social worker/therapist and am passionate about helping people through mental health challenges and broader life difficulties. Over my career, I have supported hundreds of individuals navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, stress management, trauma recovery, grief and loss, ADHD challenges, emotional regulation, building stronger and deeper connections, and boundary setting. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach, having supported many people with ADHD and ASD over the years.
I do so in a calm, gentle, and curious way, where everyone can feel safe, seen, heard, and understood. Being an EMDR- and Schema Therapy-trained therapist, I use cutting-edge, evidence-based strategies to help people regain control over disturbing life experiences in a trauma-informed way.
Over a year ago, I established my private practice to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. I prioritize building authentic connections with clients, offering a deeply curious, gentle, and enthusiastic approach. Drawing from both my lifetime of experiences and proven therapeutic methods, I feel privileged to hear your story and support your healing journey.
