Room Rental
The practice is comprised of 5 clinic rooms which can be rented out on an hourly, half daily, daily, or multi-day basis. We are located on Bolton Street, Eltham. This is within the same precinct as The Ridge Healthcare and within walking distance to the Eltham Leisure Centre and Eltham High School to assist with ongoing referrals. The location is close to Eltham Train Station with bus stops also within close proximity to either end of Bolton Street.
The rental fee starts at $115 + GST for a daily rate and will be reduced when more than one day is preferred. The fee is inclusive of all outgoing which includes:
- Unlimited Wifi
- Eftpos/ANZ HealthPay Terminal
- Electricity/gas
- Photocopier, scanner, printer
- Carpeted office space
- Reception area with shared waiting room
- Ducted heating and cooling
- High traffic and exposure
- Shared kitchen and bathroom amenities
- Option to advertise on Hope & Honey website
- Ample street parking
- Desk and desk chair
