Amy Livingstone Clinical Psychologist

Amy is a registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working in both forensic and community settings. She enjoys working with adults with a range of psychological difficulties and has particular interest in supporting people who wish to get deeply in touch with their inner experience . 

 Amy offers a warm, light-hearted therapeutic space, that feels natural, conversational, and even a bit of fun. She prioritises safety in the therapeutic space, which will look different for everyone. While Amy has a gentle approach, she will also challenge you where appropriate and help you to make the changes necessary for personal growth. Amy predominantly uses EMDR and Schema Therapy with additional techniques drawn from CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches. All treatment is trauma-informed and relational.
