Alex Keegan Accredited Social Worker & Counsellor
Alex Keegan is a compassionate and experienced Social Worker providing counselling for children (5+), adolescents and adults. Alex supports individuals experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, as well as adults navigating infertility and/or IVF treatment.
Alex understands that seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially during times of uncertainty, stress or heartbreak. She offers a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping skills and reconnect with their strengths.

For children, sessions may incorporate creative and play-based approaches to help them safely express emotions, develop problem-solving skills and strengthen emotional regulation. For adolescents and adults, therapy focuses on practical coping strategies, values-based living and building psychological flexibility.
Alex is particularly passionate about supporting individuals and couples experiencing infertility. She recognises the complex emotional impact of fertility challenges and IVF, including grief, identity struggles, anxiety and relationship stress. Her approach is gentle, informed and deeply empathetic.
