Holly Monaghan Psychologist
Holly Monaghan is a registered psychologist who works from a community psychology framework that recognises the influence of cultural, socioeconomic, political, and systemic factors on mental health and wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), a Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling, and a Master of Applied Psychology (Community). Holly is a Board Approved Supervisor and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPI).
Holly supports clients presenting with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, workplace issues, bullying, stress, and adjustment difficulties. She is trained in EMDR, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrates these approaches to suit each client’s needs and goals.
Holly aims to provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients feel supported to develop insight, practical strategies, and meaningful change within the context of their lives.
