Shagun Chawla Clinical Psychologist
I’m a Clinical Psychologist passionate about helping people make sense of their inner world with depth, care, and honesty. I work with individuals and couples navigating mood disturbances, relationship challenges, sexual difficulties, neurodiversity, identity, trauma, and emotional overwhelm, offering a space that feels both grounding and gently exploratory.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from modalities such as ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, and DBT and the Gottman’s Method. I’m particularly interested in how early experiences, cultural context, and relational patterns shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others.
In therapy, I aim to balance insight with practical support – helping clients build emotional regulation skills while also understanding the deeper roots of their experiences. I value authenticity and collaboration, and I’m mindful of creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and able to move at a pace that feels right for them.
