Tim Nolan Psychotherapist
For the past 11 years Tim has been a practicing psychotherapist and counsellor treating individuals, couples, young people and families. Tim has worked in residential rehabilitation settings, hospitals and psychiatric wards across metropolitan Melbourne and also led a team of multi-disciplined clinicians for a not-for-profit counselling and therapy program in partnership with the Victorian Department of Health.
Tim provides counselling and psychotherapy for a range of emotional difficulties and problem behaviours; clients seeking treatment for depression & anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, complex mental health presentations, substance use & addictions, and couples seeking relationship counselling.
Tim encourages clients to ‘say less & do more’ in order to make long lasting, meaningful change in their lives. He believes the work a client does outside the counselling room is just as important as the work done in it.
