Shaun Dyson Certified Practising Nutritionist
Shaun Dyson is a Certified Practising Nutritionist (CPN) registered with AARPN and recognised as an allied health provider, including for NDIS participants. He takes a whole-person approach to nutrition, supporting clients across stress, gut health, energy, sleep, circadian rhythm, movement, and metabolic health.
Shaun has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing high stress, burnout, and disordered eating patterns, especially where long-term dieting, food restriction, or chronic overwhelm have disrupted metabolism, energy, and confidence around food. His work focuses on restoring a healthier relationship with food while rebuilding energy, resilience, and physiological safety.
With a strong background in improving athletic performance and body recomposition, Shaun also supports clients to increase muscle mass, optimise metabolic function, and reduce pain and fatigue — particularly after periods of under-fueling or high stress.
Rather than relying on restrictive diets, quick fixes, or rigid fasting protocols, Shaun offers personalised nutrition that fits real life. He integrates habit-stacking principles to help clients build sustainable routines and systems that support long-term change without overwhelm.
Shaun is passionate about cutting through nutrition confusion and providing clear, practical guidance grounded in science and individual context, helping clients feel supported, empowered, and capable of meaningful progress — one small, well-placed step at a time.
